Economic Empowerment Programme
Practical skills that create real financial independence
Lasting Change Begins With Opportunity
Karāmah Foundation believes that lasting change begins with opportunity. Our Economic Empowerment programme equips individuals, particularly women and youth, with practical, income-generating skills that create real financial independence.
Our flagship initiative, the Sewing Skills Programme, provides students with comprehensive, hands-on training in garment construction and production. At R13,000 per student, the programme is fully inclusive, covering all tuition, materials, and a brand-new sewing machine and complete sewing kit that each student keeps upon completion.
This ensures graduates leave not just with a skill, but with the tools to immediately start earning. We believe in empowerment that is tangible, dignified, and lasting.
